Welcome to Wnxora Seller. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wnxora Seller mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering as a seller, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
To use Wnxora Seller, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
Wnxora reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate seller accounts at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities conducted through your account.
Ensuring that account information remains accurate and up to date.
You must immediately notify Wnxora of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
As a seller, you agree that:
All products listed are lawful and comply with applicable regulations.
Product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and not misleading.
You own or have the necessary rights to use all uploaded content.
Products do not infringe upon intellectual property rights or any third-party rights.
Wnxora reserves the right to remove or modify any product listing that violates these Terms.
Sellers are responsible for:
Accepting and processing orders promptly.
Maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Shipping and delivering products within the promised timeframe.
Providing customers with accurate order and tracking information.
Failure to fulfill orders consistently may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Wnxora may charge platform fees, commissions, subscription fees, or transaction fees as communicated to sellers.
Payments will be processed according to Wnxora's payment schedule.
Sellers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and government charges related to their sales.
Wnxora may withhold payments where fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations are suspected.
Sellers agree to comply with Wnxora's refund, return, and dispute resolution policies.
Wnxora may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers but reserves the right to make final decisions regarding platform-related disputes.
Sellers must not:
Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products.
Manipulate prices, ratings, reviews, or transactions.
Misrepresent products or business information.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
The Wnxora name, logo, trademarks, software, and platform content are the property of Wnxora and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Sellers retain ownership of content they upload but grant Wnxora a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content in connection with operating the Platform.
Wnxora may suspend or terminate any seller account at any time if:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Required verification documents are not provided.
Continued use poses a risk to customers, sellers, or the Platform.
Upon termination, access to seller services may be revoked immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wnxora shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Data loss or service interruptions.
Actions or omissions of buyers, sellers, payment providers, or third parties.
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wnxora, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform.
Your products or services.
Violation of these Terms.
Violation of any law or third-party rights.
Wnxora may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wnxora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
